Reason For Cramps, Groin, Back Pain, Tiredness, Delayed Periods?

Hi, My body is greatly prone to weather. I had my periods like 33 to 40 day cycle until last month, where I got delayed for over 20 days, which is between Nov 10 and Jan 1. SO many reasons, we moved to a valley weather and chilling trip to Mexico, ate too much sweets. So I think my average cycle is 41 days. We had sex on 11 and 13 of Jan. I felt like cramps around belly button, sharp pain near groin, back ache, tiredness (all these were my PMS). I thought I might be pregnant so took a test on Feb 3 which came negative. Yesterday had some bloody mucus while peeing. Thinking to wait for a week or so to get the test done again. But something feels running at my lower abdomen, some gas bubbles or so. Wondering what it is? Could I be pregnant?

Hi,
I can understand your concerns .Your symptoms could be just before menses as its common to have these symptoms before menses. Your chances of being pregnant is less . I will advise to wait for a few days for your periods and then go for a repeat pregnancy test if it does not occur.
