Reason For Cramps Until Having Bowel Movements?

Having an issue with my stomach..when I have a bm I have severe cramping until I go, then everything is ok until I get the urge to go again. I am thinking I just might have IBS Have a problem with constiptation, I am assuming it is because I am taking Meloxicam 15mg, I also take pravastatin for my High cholestrol.

make it habit to empty the bowels in the morning by drinking 2 cups of water. it has got nothing to do with the medication you are taking.
