Reason For Dizziness For Years That Worsens While Bending The Neck Back

I have been suffering with dizziness for years but exacerbated for the last week. It is worse when I turn my head, bend my neck back, turn my body when walking. It is also worse when lights from the sun or headlights are flickering. I wonder if this is typical of BPP vertigo or not. For many years I have trouble with car sickness, plane sickness and cannot do anything that turns me around like waltzing. Thank you

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The dizziness that worsens with a change in the position of the neck can be due to cervical spondylosis. You need to avoid abnormal positions of the neck and do regular neck exercises.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
