Reason For Frequent Body Ache In Upper Back Along With Shivering. Getting Relief With Paracetamol

I am a 46 year old male ,have been getting frequent body ache more in the upper half of my back and an uncontrollable shivering in the evenings and nights that might last 1-2 hrs.Paracetamol helps but gives temp relief for 4-5 hrs.This has been on for last 4 days

Since it is from 4 days nly, continue paracetamol three times a day for 5 dyas more.Give rest to back and itshould relieve you soon
