Reason For Having Tight And Swollen Tummy With Diarrhea And Brown Vomiting

I have diareara and been vomiting brown. Felt unwell during the night and had pain and burning where I have a hiatus hearnia., and haven't felt well for a few weeks. By the end of the day my upper tummy under my ribs has been tight and swollen. Went out last night and had some scallops for dinner, about 4.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to gastroenteritis owe to infection either bacteria or protozoa if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest to treat it with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in a day and Tab Metronidazole 400 gm twice in day for five days for vomiting Tab Domperidone 20 mg can be tried, care needs to be taken for dehydration hope this information helps.
