Reason For Headache, Delayed Period, Splotchy Arms?

Im about 4 days late for my period, its sometimes a litrle later than the 16 sometimes earlier. I took a test today, and it came back negative. But today when i went to the tanning bed i felt funny laying in the bed. And quesy with a headache afterwards. and my lotion that was givin to me by the salon made my arms super splotchy. Thats never happened before?

Hello madam,from the history you have given, well delayed periods can be due to many causes. Sometimes stress delays periods, 4 or 5 days before and after is quite common. Sometimes pathological conditions like PCOD and thyroid can also alter the cycle.Pregnancy is the first thing to rule out if you are sexually active. Sometimes the urine pregnancy test may show faintly positive line or will not turn out to be positive, this is because of low levels of beta HCG in early weeks. In that case you may have to repeat the test after 3 to 4 days, or do a serum beta HCG ( blood test ) to confirm.hope I was helpful to you.

The quesy feeling, increased perspiration, etc; are all side effects of a hormonal imbalance. But what is important to note that there could be various factors resulting in the hormonal imbalance.
