Reason For Inability To Gain Weight Despite Stopping Efexor?

I took efexor 25 mg and xanor 2mg and molipaxin every day for a year. I gained 10 kilos. I have stopped all the medication for about 6 months now. I changed my diet to gluten free and protein and vegetables and light exercise but still haven t lost even one kilo. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
What ever the reason for the weight gain, you should reduce it in the general rules only.
I advise you to try in general 3 rules only.
1)reduce the calories, fats, junk foods, and oily foods.
2)reduce the sleeping time follow the late to bed and early to rise. avoid the day time sleep.
3)practice yoga, morning walk, and gardening etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
