Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
23 year old man, and I have never had an orgasm from sexual intercourse. Is there a problem with my penis?
I don't know if there's a problem with my penis, or if it's just that every woman I've had intercourse with has a loose vagina, or if it's that I have a small penis which therefore does not allow me to feel enough friction on my penis while having intercourse. I have had a total of 11 sexual encounters and I have not had a single orgasm from sexual intercourse. The only orgasms I get come from receiving handjobs, or blowjobs. I don't have any problem getting an orgasm when I masturbate. Normally the woman I'm with gets tired after about 30 mins, and starts bugging me to get off her because I haven't orgasmed yet. So what do you think, do I have a problem with my penis? Or should I just relax?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Since you don't get orgasm only during intercourse but with other acts (masturbating) you are getting orgasm, this suggests the main problem during intercourse. May be due to psychological or physiological issues. Hope you are not taking any medications now. Sometimes using alcohol or other recreational drugs (cocaine) can cause sexual difficulties. During intercourse, do you experience anxiety or fear or other feelings that may be preventing you from having an orgasm? Achieving orgasm also depends on what you are thinking and whats in sub conscious mind, watching more of porn movies and having multiple partner. Now relax and go step by step. Be comfirtable with your partner and don't think of any other while having sex. You can consult a therapist if it continues. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
Hi, it appears to be the preapism, due to some problems in the body, or due to some psychological problem. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, if no organic problem is found your doctor will prescribe the pill to solve the psychological problem. Thank you.
