Reason For No Period Even After Having Meprate With Negative Pregnancy Test

Sir, my last periods was on january 25th, after 2 pregnency test we got negative results, then we approached a gynaecologist, and she suggested 10mg meprate for 5 days, but after 7 days I didnt have my periods, Sir is there any problem? Should I consult a doctor or wait for more days?

Complete hormonal profile and pelvic ultrasound scan are required to rule out underlying pathology like ovarian cyst/ PCOD, high prolactin level, thyroid disturbance, pelvic infection etc.
