Reason For Pain And Cramps In The Foot And Calf?
Hello, i'm 14 and suffering with a throbbing pain in my left foot and calf, it sometimes occurs in my right leg also. I'm also starting to have severe cramps in the calf and it becomes unbearable, the cramps are only recent but the throbbing has been going on for a year+ on and off.

The pain and craps in both the legs could be due to nutritional problems or electrolyte imbalances. Any muscle injury or recurrent trauma can also cause such a problem.
