I just had sex and i always go pee afterwords to prevent uti. this time though in the toilet there was pink tissue I'm guessing and when I wipes it was pink. I'm on the depo shot and have been for years now. I've never had this happen. What could it be?

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Most likely you are facing some mild UTI. Urethra infection is most probable. You may have some burning while urinating or urinate more frequently. Pee after intercourse is a very good way to be protected from uti however it is not always effective.
Please increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation. If the symptoms wont go away or it will get worse, consult your doctor and have urine analysis.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
