Reason For Random Pulsating Pain In Anus, Cramps Bloating And Nausea

i am 19 yrs old, female. i have random pulsating pain in my anus, all of the symptoms of my menstrual period; cramps, bloating, moodiness, etc., without the period, my period is a week late, i still have not gotten it, i have been nauseous for quite some time i threw up blood once this morning and white foam several times after that, i am hot all day even outside in the snow, my breasts are swollen and in much pain, please help.
