Reason For Sound In Chest When Leaning On Left Side?
Hi, About a week ago i noticed my heart (from that area atleast) makes a weird gurgling, popping, clicking sound is the best way to describe it, when i lay or lean on my left side. i can feel it in my chest, its pretty audible without stethoscope. the same thing happens if i run even for a very short period of time, thats also the only time it is painful, after running. Any medical term you can give me for this so i can look into it?
I think that you suffer from Heart Palpitation. One of most common heart disorder is Heart Palpitation(heartbeat disorder). Heart Palpitation in general is present in people with fat heart, in emotive and anxious people. Lifestyle affects in heart palpitation too.
I think that you need these tests to determine the diagnosis: 1- ECG (Electrocardiogram). 2- Doppler ultrasound. 3- Complete blood count. 4- Electrolyte balance (magnesium, potassium and calcium level).
Consult your cardiologist.
I hope you find this helpful.
All the best. Dr. Behar.
