Reason For The Pain In The Breast?

i have breast pain. and seem to have tender inflamation in my right breast and under my armpits. i feel congestested in the chest a pain ache on the back shoulder bone join and spinal bache ache? is this cancer? i had gall bladder surgery 6 years ago

Chances of cancer are very low in your case as first signal for cancer is finding a painless lump in the breast.
Your breasts are tender which is indicative of infection. All other symptoms are most likely related to this infection.
Your gall bladder surgery does not appear to be related with your symptoms as it is not creating any discomfort since 6 years.
