Reason For Toothache In Child Along With Light Fever

hi, I have a 2.5 year old who is complaining of a toothache. I can't take a proper look as he doesn't let me. But we do brush his teeth twice a day. My son brushes first and then either I or my husband brush them too to make sure that all is good. My son is also running a small fever 99.7-100.2

Thanks for your query.
Give acetaminophen and ibuprofen combination 8hourly.
Wait for 24 hours and in case symptoms persist get him examined by doctor.
