Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your smells like ammonia .
This is most likely to be due to concentrated urine containing more proteins due to less intake of water..

Please get your routine urine test done to confirm the same .

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute.
