Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 40 yr old man and I have a bulging vein under my armpit for about 20 yrs now. I work out daily and am in excellent health. I was diagnosed with asymptomatic TOS. Right now I am feeling pain there that's radiating to my neck. Should I be concerned? Mike
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the varicose vein in the axilla, and now it might be becoming extended, enlarged, or might have ha a thrombus formation. I advise you to consult a vascular surgeon or a cardiologist, for diagnosis. you may need to have a color Doppler, for confirmation. you also may need to have E.C.G, echo cardiogram, etc. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
