Reason For Weight Gain, Tiredness, Fainting, Dizziness?

I am 52 years old and I have had problems with asthma since I was a young girl. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome in 1992. I did all I could throughout the years to help myself by taking the holistic approach. Vitamin therapy, working out and strict but healthy eating habits. I was in so much pain since that time but in 2007 my pain went from bad to excruciating. I went to several doctors they put me on so many different medications, one at a time they tried different things which did not help my pain. By this time I was throwing up the pain was so bad. I had been teaching for 15 years by this time. I got to where I could barely stand up. I was So weak and tired to an extreme. I could barely stand to teach. Since that time I had to stop teaching because I was so weak it was hard for me to stand without huffing and puffing to keep going. I have gotten weaker, and I do try to go to the gym to push myself at exercising but have gained about 20 pounds and am even weaker now than I have ever been. Doctors have checked everything they say they can think of but is not the problem. They say it is not my thyroid and said I have chronic adrenal fatigue so they put me on progesterone, testosterone, vitamin D and iron because I was so anemic. How ever since that time in just the last few months I've gained the 20 pounds and still very tired and have fainted and had dizzy spells. Please help!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your concern, functional elements are the prime cause of dizziness with weight gain, if you do have such elements then I would advise you to keep your self away from such stress, try to be happy, cheer up, taking medicine will create more problems in the form of side effects, hope this information help you have nice day.
