Recently I Had A Cheast Pain And I Felt Heart Arrhythmia

Hi I am woman 57 years old I am treated for mild hypertension with Brenirdin and for mild diabetes with Amaryl. Recently I had a cheast pain and I felt heart arrhythmia. The doctor ask me to make ECHO some other analysis and to use diltiazim HCl 60 mg 3 times daily. Any interactions or contraindications between the drugs I am using now? Thanks in advance

As per information given by you,there is no contra indication& drug interaction in that medications.More over please undergo complete cardiac evaluation including lipid profile to take preventive measures along with diet& lifestyle modificatoins.
