Recently Started A Walking Program,, This Was My Third Night

Recently started a walking program,, this was my third night , last night and tonight I had a bowel movement prior to going to walk, as I walked I felt a little burning sensation like in my rectal area, and felt like I was sweating there as I was sweating ,, when I arrived home I went to the toilet and wiped and it was blood but the second so wipe was spots like I had little pimples in there all bleeding.. Third time was clean ..
