I am a heart patient, underwent angioplasty 11 years back. I do regular walking for more than an hour.
I am aging 63 years. Now I want to improve strength of muscles. Can I do light weight training and in which

Looking to your history of cardiac disease and age this is advisable to do aerobic exercise, jogging, walking, good sleep that's all no need to go for any heavy type of exercise, hope this information helps, take care.
