hello, i am 18, 5 foot 9, and weigh 140-145 pounds, i eat roughly 700-1200 calories a day, i'm worried, my parents keep telling me i'm too skinny, and i want to take their advice and become healthy again, how should i go about increasing my caloric intake to 2000 or so without gaining too much weight
HI Well come to HCM Just do nothing to increase the weight because you are just 18 years of age still you have enough of time for physiologically to increase the weight, instead you can concentrate on exercise, that would be more benefitted to you, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
