SIR, I AM FEELING CONTINUE GAS PROBLEM FOR FOUR YEARS , I AM EATING GENERALLY ,WHEN I COMING FROM TOILET IN MORNING ,AFTER 5 TO 10 MINUTES , I AM FEELING GAS AND COUGH UP TO 1 HOUR,THEN NORMAL AUTOMATICALLY. MY TEETH THAT TIME ACID.ALSO MY STOOD VERY SMELL.WHEN I AM EATING AFTER 1/2 AN HOUR I AM FEELING ACIDITY .PLS DOCTOR GIVE ME SUGGESTION . THANKING YOU YOURS FAITHFULLY (DEBU)
1) as per your history, your problem not associated with stool but associated with food intake 2) when junction of esophagus-stomach is loose then it allow some digested food to enter esophagus ( which generally not occur) and produce reaction in lower part of esophagus. this condition is "GERD due to Hiatus hernia" 3) simetimes this situation is so worse that digested material comeback upto neck and give burning pain in chest and bitter taste in back of mouth associated with burping, nausea 4) this condition is diagnosed with upper GI endoscopy 5) GERD can be treated with medicines and hiatus hernia associated with symptoms requires surgery
