Recommend Treatment For Hernia

Hi I have small umbilical hernia but no pain but when ever bloating in my stomach due to gas cause some pain in umbilical area and the pkaun streach till my teaticals But after taking tablets forgases and acidity it goes away but takes around 12 hoursPlease advise what can i do

Dear- thanks for using our service, I will give you my medical advise. Umbilical hernia without pain does not require surgery. However, bloating can aggravate it. You need to avoid vegetables like broccoli,cauliflower and lettuce and carbonated drinks .Probiotics and enzyme supplements help to control gas and bloating,which will be advisable to add in your diet.
