Recovering From Total Knee Replacement. Burning And Tingling In The Knee. Nerve Problem?
I am recovering from total knee replacement--week 3. Because my leg had become somewhat "bowed" the surgeon had to do more surgery. The incision is healing fine but I have a constant burning and tingling sensation all over the knee area. I assume this is a nerve condtion. When can I expect this burning and tingling sensation to go away ?
Hello, this might be due to stretching effect on nerve placed during correcting severe deformity. Don't worry it will go away within a period of 3 - 6'months maximum. Thank you
