Rectal Pain During Bowel Movement, Recurring Pain. Taking Treatment, No Relief. Suggestions?

Hi I have been having rectal pain, during bowel movement, and afterwards it may be better for awhile but comes back most times 5 to 6 hours afterwards, and lasts 3 to 4 more hours. hot cloths are the only relief, had a scope and they said everything looks normal, they thought I might have a fissure. no hemorrhoid treatments give any relief, and usually make it worse.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Hot clothes give relief in pain i.e. pain is at anus ( rectum is inside the abdomen ).
hot fomentation gives relief ,this clearly indicates that chances of hemorrhoids and fissures are there.
In my opinion once again consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
Physical examination will find out the disease.
If still cause is not found than opt for colonoscopy and this will reveal the exact cause.
