Recurred Pain In Left Arm, Difficulty To Do Any Work. History Of Having Broken Left Clavicle Treated By Naprozen. Possible Paralized Arm?

yes, I a female 54 yrs, history of broken left clavicle in 1994, had no problem until 4 months ago, i had a compression on my left should down to the arm for 1 month, treated by naprozen for 7 days but not helped, pain off for 1 month it came back again in the form of very painful left arm, I cannot even lift my bedsheet,open or close my office drawer,lift my handbag, etc. what is the problem, is my bone gonna rot or arm gonna be paralized?

Hi,

You need re evaluation using X ray and nerve conduction test to find the cause and also help in preventing any permanent damage. This may be due to any compression on nerve or blood vessels.

Till then use NSAID for pain. Consult your orthopedician for further management.
