Recurred Periods After A Week, Still Continuing. What Is Wrong ?

Hi, my name is AAA. i'm 26 years old. And 3 weeks ago i stopped my period and last week i just started my period after 2 weeks being off my period and it's been a week now i'm still on it. what is going one with my period. it happen before. but not for this long i had my period. It's ushally finish between 4-7 days.

Irregular periods can be due to hormonal imbalances or fibroids in uterus..
Get a complete evaluation done including a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and thyroid profile..
After ruling out any organic cause for irregular periods a diagnosis of hormonal imbalance( DUB) can be made and treatment can be started with hormones for regularization of periods..
If a thyroid profile is abnormal treatment has to be started for that also..
