Recurring Access In Groin, Underarm. Antibiotics Not Working. How To Stop Them From Recurring?

My girlfriend keeps getting re occurring accesses in the groin and under arm area! Only weeks ago she had to have one drained and removed in hospital and she now has 3 more! Doctors have given her all kinds of antibiotics and they don't seem to be working!
Is there an actual name for her condition/ and is there anyway to stop them coming back?
Thanks

hi..
this is hidradenitis suppurotiva..
this is condition caused due to hair follicle infection due to poor hygiene, or due to repeated shaving without aseptic precaution..
this condition should be treated both with antibiotics and incision and drainage..
see your surgeon for this, and later on good hygiene should be maintained..
all the very best..
