Recurring Anal Bleeding. STD Free. Several Tests Done, Reason Not Found. What Could Be This?

Hello doctors im a 27 year old male who has on again off again anal bleeding. When I went to the doctor, while I still had insurance, testing said I had the mildest form possible of chromes, they said that this would not explain the bleed, and then I lost my incurrence so I haven't been able to afford more testing! I know it a lower bleed and not upper gi because it is bright red and not black. Nothing specific seems to set it off and I am STD free and do not have anal sex! It can happen for a week straight or be a few weeks before each time. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, it appears to be the internal piles, and it will be seen only with proctoscope. So i advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment. If piles is there You can have temporary relief by medicines, but you must have hemoroidectomy surgery for preventing recurance. Thank you.
