Recurring Bumps On The Butt On The Same Place, Applied A&D, Changed Diaper. Is It Standard Diaper Rash?

Last night I noticed my daughter had a few red bumps on her butt. Changed diaper applied A&D. Was better, almost unnoticable this morning, but back again this after noon, and even worse after he evening bath. They have not gotten bigger, but are in the same place as they started as well. What is it standard diaper rash , heat rash, or something else?

it seems to be a diaper rash
change her diaper immediately after every stool.you can apply antifungal cream after consulting your doctor.
