Recurring Episodes Of Dizziness, Tiredness, Constant Headache, Low Appetite. Cause Of These Symptoms?

In February of this year I noticed I was getting dizzy. I ignored it only because it only occurred once or twice a week. But in May the dizzyness got worse i got dizzy multiple times a day. About a month ago, I became tired and got constant headaches . I also lost my appetite a month ago as well. I do eat, but when I eat I get full after two bites of food. I still have all those symptoms.

Recurrent dizziness episodes requires evaluation for orthostatic hypotension, cardiac, neurological, and cervical problems.
I suggest you to consult the doctor for clinical examination to check blood pressure to rule out low blood pressure.
Cervical lesions such as spondylitis also cause recurrent dizzy spells.
Investigations like EKG, EEG, chest X ray, 2D Echo, and neck x rays are required to rule out any underlying medical problem.
Consult the physician for further examination and investigations.
