Hi, high CPK may be due to various reasons, It may be due to heart attack, myopathy, Rhabdomyositis, polymyositis, dermatomyositis etc and due to some medication like statins.
Before reaching to a conclusion I would like to know your age, sex, your medication status, and other diseases like skin rashes, muscular weakness etc.
And what type of arthritis do you have?
please donot worry, and discuss above things with your doctor or inform me..
