I started to read online about artherites, osteoartherities etc , sysmtoms i am quite under pressure whats happeing to me , though i have read natural remedies with Yoga are very helpful and medicine itslef has no cure for breaking of cartiliges - PLEASE Guide me -
your symptoms would be consistent with a patient who has a meniscal tear. this is the shock absorber in the knee. diagnosis can be made by physical examination and MRI scan. treatment is arthroscopic repair or removal of the tear.
