Recurring Ovarian Cyst, One Removed Already, Lot Of Pain. Is Something Wrong ?
hi my name is AAAAA and i have been admitted to hospitail with overian cyst as i have already had one removed but now theres another one back again. how big has it to be before is can be removed asd i am back home now but i am in a lot of pain still id appreciate your advice please on this as iam getting worried that there is something wrong
The causes and types of ovarian cysts can be numerous. Without knowing the type and cause it is difficult to comment appropriately and adequately on the cyst.
The size in such a situation (recurring) does not really matter as we need to find the cause and prevent further recurrences. You could talk to your doctor and find out if this was a cyst, and ectopic pregnancy; or other conditions.
Depending on which treatment can be targeted and future recurrences prevented. For the size, you will have to undergo a transvaginal scan (TVS).
Hope this helps.
Take care.
