Recurring Swollen Lymph Nodes Under Jaw. Blood Tests Normal. Any Ideas?

I have reoccuring swollen lymph nodes under my jaw. I have seen my GP twice. First time I was given an antibiotic and it cleared up. Second time, a month or so later, a complete blood work panel was done. Everything came back normal. It continues to be an issue. I think it's time to move beyond my GP. Who should I see for this? In suggestions on what could be causing it?
