Recurring Upset Stomach, Feeling Sick, Frequent Passing Stools. Diagnosed IBS. On Intake Of Toast, Marmite. Help

Hi... For decades now I have had problems with upset tummys, feeling sick and needing to go for a wee every few minutes....today I have had dozens of visits to the loo to wee and tonight I have the mother of all upset tummys...it is only a week ago since the same happened.. I live on toast and Marmite, I thought it was all foods just making me so poorly, I am at wits end and nowhere to turn, doctor just said IBS.... Cannot feel this ill with IBS, I sit on sofa everyday with hot water bottle and that my life...day after day..I am 61 and been like this for decades..I need help please. Xx

IBS irritable bowel syndrome usually presents as alternating bowel habits like constipation for couple of weeks followed by loose stools precipitated by stress altered food habits and abdominal pain...any ways it is a diagnosis of exclusion for any reason better to get one stool routine and colonoscopy your condition looks like chronic diarrhoea for me...please consult a gastroenterologist...
