Red And Brown Urine, Pain, UTI, Piles, Stomach Pain At The Time Of Periods. Missed Periods For 6 Years Due To Endometriosis. Serious?
hello sir,
i am suffering from endometriosis for the past 6 years (took gyanzol around 1 year and stopped) no mensuration for the past 6 years but monthly mensturation pain is there during that time i will suffer fom uti, piles and stomach pain etc...... for pain i took Naprosen, two days back my urine was red and brown in colour, is anything serious?
Hello, You suffer from Endometriosis for 6 years. You used Gynazole (vaginal antifungal) for 1 year then stopped. No menstruation for the last 6 years. But during the time you suffer from UTI, piles and stomach pain etc. These are all the symptoms of endometriosis (as you are getting these symptoms only during the expected period time). You have taken the pain killers, like naproxen. Now your urine is red and brown in color. Even though it is expected in endometriosis (the endometrium may present any where outside the uterus) - better investigate your urine for - Macro, Micro and culture and sensitivity. If there is any problem treat it. Otherwise concentrating on endometriosis 1) Progesterone or Progestins 2) NSAID 3) Pentoxifylline 4) If the pain is very severe after consulting the Dr opiate can be taken All my best wishes
