Red And Circular Pus Filled Bumps On Legs. What Are They?
My 7 year old grandson & 2 of his little friends have red pus filled bumps one of the bumps has a light circle around it, the bumps are only on their legs, they are bigger then a mosquito bite, they go away but come back in a week or so.. My grandson has six on one leg and three on the other that have went away, but you can still see where they were..

the description of the rash could be like an allergic reaction, the area where they play there could be something they are touching that your grandson could be allergic to.
another thing could be a skin infection as two other boys also have it during playing skin contact then infection comes.
you should get him reviewed by a dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
