Red Bumps On Left Side Of Tongue. No Pain Or Fever. Pregnant. Any Ideas?

Hello,

For the past two days on the left side of my tongue I have had a few red bumps. It doesn't hurt when I swallow but when I move my tongue a certain way it makes it hurt due to rubbing that area. I have had my tonsils out for a very long time and the bumps are reddish with a slight white to them. No fevers or anything else and I'm pregnant and wanted to see what it could be?
