Nothing on my dick but these red bumps seems to be under my skin and not on my balls. Sometimes they are itchy. I had also on my arm pits couple of them, i though it was allergy but now they are increasing in number I am really worried and barely have the time to check a doctor soon. Hai,
Welcome to HCM.

Thanks for you posting question.

You have not mentioned how long you are having these bumps and is it painful or not.

If it is painless and a longer duration then the possibility is sebaceous cysts. It is a harmless condition and certain individuals tend to develop the same. Nothing will happen if it is left alone except the increase in size during months and rarely go for infection. If you are worrying much about the same then it has to be removed by surgery.

If it is of shorter duration and painful and also present similar lesions in axilla, then you can think of the possibilities as hair folliculitis or furunculosis (small abscess). It can be cured by a course of antibiotics.
You better meet a dermatologist nearby and he/she will examine and direct you correct treatment.
Get well soon.
