Hello, Our three months old girl has a little red bump (smaller that a rice seed) in her vagina. We went to neonate surgeon and they suspect this: fibroma vulvae. Now, they were extremely busy and my wife did not have a chance to ask any questions. We also consulted with a pediatrician and she suspects that it could be hymen that is slightly larger and that it will withdraw. I would most kindly ask you to tell me more about fibroma and is there any danger that this could be something really serious. Thank you. Sasha
