Red Dot On Penis Head. Tried Itraconazole. What Else Is Suggested?

sir,my penish forehead pink portion having red dot which extend to penish skin redish like rushes ,i used 3 -4 times so many types of medicin but it is not going to cured,last month i take ITRACONAZOLE tablet for 10days daily 2 capsul.but it is again appeared now.what i should do.all other test are normal like TPSH,cic etc.can any one sugges what i should do for this.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
red spots on glans penis.

Mostly these are due to Ballanitis (infection of the glans)due to rough handling of your penis while masturbating or may be due to unprotected sex.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
