Red Dots On Mouth. What Is Causing This ?

HI IM NANCY ANDIM 4 9 IM 21 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE NOMEDICAL HISTORY I HAVE QUESTION. I RECENTLY STAYED AT MY SISTERS HOUSE AND ITS VERY COLD IN HER HOUSE I WOKE UP WITH A DRY COUGH BUT THEN I NOTICE RED DOTS ON TOP OF MY MOUTH INSIDE AND A SMALL LIKE BLISTER WHAT COULD IT BE IS IT FROM BEING COLD AND COUGHING TOO MUCH I DON T HAVE A RUNNY NOSE p.s. answer my question quick please

Thanks for query,
It is possible that red spots in the mouth may be due to cold and cough.
Go for blood for any infection and do the treatment accordingly.
Avoid fried,spicy and junk food.
Do salt water gargles.
Ok and bye.
