Red Dots On Penis.

Hi doctor this morning when i woke up i notice little red dots around the head of my penis they are not bumps and do not itch what are they?

Hi.. Small red dots would just be a sign of inflammation. It would settle down soon. If it remains asymptomatic then you need  not concern.. see a doctor if there is any symptoms like increase in the colouration, itching, white discharge, fever and so on..
