Hi, I am a 30 year old male, height 5.6, weight 75 kg. Despite getting a good sleep i feel sleepy during day time. my eyes remain almost red and look sleepy. My eyes are even more red in color after bath. I have a slight high BP for which im taking medicine as precribed by a physician. I am healthy and don t have any problem as such. There is no problem in my eyes, i have got it checked by an Opthalmologist . Please advise, this problem is affecting my productivity in work.

#Drinking a cup of warm milk(with a pinch of nutmeg) before going to bed also helps in peaceful sleep.
#Drink 1 cup of tomato juice with 2 teaspoons natural sugar and 2 pinches of nutmeg in the evening(by 6) and have dinner by 7.30. This will regulate your sleep.
Once you will start getting proper sleep in the night ,you will not feel sleepy during the day,and your body clock will be in harmony with nature's clock.
