Red, Flaky, Sore Scrotum. Applying Lotions And Gels, No Results. Suggestions?
My scrotum is red, flaky and very sore. so are my inner thighs around this area. I heard that this can be due to sweet accumulation. It is pretty sore to walk. need a solution for I can not get to the doctor for awhile. I've tried anti-chaffing gel, penaten and some fragrence free lotions but nothing seems to be working.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as KackItch or Ring worm Infection.
Please apply anti fungal gel or ointment Mecanozole twice daily after washing the entire area with warm water twice daily.
Wash your inner wares in hot water mixed with antiseptic solution Dettol.
This should get cured in a week.
