hi doctor i m in the health department.my wife develop red hives of rashes on its breast .it causes severe itching and burning sensation.she is in her start of trisemester'now she avoid to tkke the medicine like calcium and iron tablets now suggest some drugs as she have now a days sleepless night due to this ittching and burning

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As this is first trimester hence she can take cetirizine 5 mg once in the night .
This will develop in side effects to fetus.
Local personal hygiene will also give some relief.
Get in blood examination and consult a physician and deal accordingly.
