Red, Itchy, Bumpy On The Outer Cartilage Of Ears

Hi, I've been experiencing red, itchy, slightly bumpy ears for the past two days. It's not on the inside on the ear canal, but it's on the outside, on the cartilage. They're a little bumpy, almost like a rash, but not really. Just kind of rough. Any suggestions?
