Hi, I have three red lines on my face. They are not pimples or rash cause it doesn t hurt or itch . It shapes like a dog s paw pressed in my head. In the morning I was fine, a couple of hours passed and when I looked in the mirror at like 2 pm I saw the lines. And they are completely flat but a red-ish color. (And no, I didn t do anything stressful or something that made me push myself or whatever to make my blood vessels explode.)
